Training sessions begin with an initial consultation and assessments. From there, I'll design a movement, strength and stretching program specifically for you. After that, you can work with me daily, weekly, or schedule monthly check-ins at your convenience.

I spent the first 14 years of my professional life investigating crime scenes. I loved putting the pieces together in an effort to determine what occurred. You might say I do a similar thing now. Still working with human bodies (only living ones now), my specialty is looking at the way people move to identify movement impairments that might be causing pain or diminished performance. I use that information to design programs that help my clients move better, feel better, get stronger, and live longer.
