Not a fan of gyms? Don't want to pay the price tag? I understand. Schedule a private session or small group class at my outdoor location. Intro to strength training, personalized circuit training, strength-training, yoga, and therapeutics are all available. The serene mountain setting offers a perfect, location for yoga, breathwork, meditation, a workout, or a guided hike. Only a few minutes from town!
